Religious Education

The Lord Jesus told the Apostles: "Go out into the whole world and proclaim the Gospel to every creature; make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teach them to obey eveything I have commanded you." ~Matthew 28
Faith Formation Registration Information
Students are encouraged to learn in an environment where they experience a sense of community, celebrate the sacraments, and discover the truths of their Catholic faith to help them become living disciples of Christ. As a parent in your role as primary teachers of your children, our faith formation program incorporates parent sessions designed to help strengthen your faith and relationship with God and gives you the resources to support you and your children. Our staff and catechists are here to support our parents in your role as primary teachers of your children. You are always welcome to come to us with your suggestions and concerns. STUDENT PARTICIPATION POLICY
We ask that students continue their religious education each year and not just pursue studies when they have a Sacrament to receive.
The goal of the policy is to increase our children's knowledge of their faith. Each year Faith Formation builds on the year before and we have discovered gaps in what our students know about Catholicism. This policy helps fill in those gaps. In addition, continuous attendance provides an important aspect of building both a Catholic identity and community with their peers here at the Church.
We thank you for your cooperation with this policy. If remedial work is needed for students to catch-up, we will work with families to tailor a plan of action for their student.

MASS ATTENDANCE
Throughout the year, student Mass attendance for all Sundays and Holy Days is expected.
