Catechesis of the Good Shephard is for children ages 3-6 and is held at Our Lady of Mercy (LeRoy) and has limited space available. 

All new students will need to provide a copy of their Baptismal certificate by the start of class.

I hereby certify any medical information provided above is correct and give permission for the release of medical records to the attending physician in case of emergency illness. My permission is hereby granted to representatives of Our Lady of Mercy/St. Brigid's Parishes to authorize by his/her signature whatever medical or surgical treatment may be considered necessary or advisable by the physician or nurse in attendance in the event ofan accident or medical emergency in which the parent/guardian cannot be reached. It is understood that every attempt to reach the parent/guardian will be made. If the physician listed below cannot respond, I authorize any licensed physician or medical center to treat my child(ren)

VIRTUS Empowering God's Children Training for students to help educate children in preventing sexual abuse.  This program is required by the Buffalo Diocese each year. Parents have the choice whether your student participates in training during class or is taught this lesson at home. Training is scheduled during class time on Sunday, October 4, 2026.
